What does this service do? 

Individual and Family Directed Goods and Services are available to people that self-direct their services.

Unallocated funding from your self-directed budget can be used to purchase services, equipment, activities, or supplies that can improve and maintain your opportunities for full membership in the community. These services are not otherwise provided through this waiver or through the Medicaid State Plan. In addition to funding for staff recruitment and advertising, some examples of goods and services are community activities that promote fitness, such as fitness membership, personal training, aquatics, and horseback riding, among others.​
