    • Rare and Expensive Case Management (REM) : Provides integrated coordination of services for people with specialized health care needs participating in MD Medical Assistance.​
    • Model Waiver Program: Designed to avoid ling term hospitalization of children with complex medical needs and disabilities by providing medically necessary supportive services in the home funded by Maryland Medicaid (MA).​
    • Wellness & Independence for Seniors at Home (WISH): Provides free health coaching for people age 65+ living independently in the community.​
